Outside Sales Representative - Territory Sales

Join Auto-Chlor and grow a territory across Atlantic City to Philadelphia through in-person, relationship-driven sales. This is a true hunter outside sales role focused on cold calling, building connections, and closing new business. This role offers strong earning potential and long-term growth. Hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus but not required. We'll train you on our products and sales process.

What You'll Gain

• Expected first-year earnings typically range from $80,000$90,000 (based on performance)
• Base salary: $40,000 annually + uncapped commission
• Top performers may earn $90,000$150,000+ annually (base + commission)

What You'll Do

• Build and grow a defined territory by developing relationships with restaurant and foodservice operators within a 1.5-hour radius of Philadelphia.
• Identify and engage prospective customers through daily in-person visits, referrals, and local networking to drive new business development.
• Present Auto-Chlor's leasing solutions for commercial dishwashing equipment and related products, tailoring recommendations to each customer's operation.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
• Follow up with prospects through multiple touchpoints to move opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing training to refine sales strategies and share best practices.
