DTS Team Lead & Project Manager

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology focusing on infrastructure or enterprise system operations.

• Proficiency in IT Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and cyber resilience program modernization.

• Experience in mapping complex technical system dependencies and infrastructure interconnections.

• Experience with Microsoft Visio for architectural diagrams and ServiceNow for service management.

• Experience with performing technical impact assessments and application criticality reviews.

• Experience with using Power BI and AI tools for data analysis and documentation automation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for facilitating multi-departmental recovery meetings.

Job Responsibilities

• Architect the future-state IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery program and technical standards.

• Revitalize and update the enterprise IT Disaster Recovery Plan and supporting technical documentation.

• Develop recovery prioritization tiers for internet access whitelisting based on cyber incident analysis.

• Lead application and technology criticality reviews to verify enterprise-wide system restoration readiness.

• Execute technical impact assessments for downtime scenarios to identify viable manual or digital workarounds.

• Integrate infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business requirements to identify critical recovery dependencies.

• Leverage Power BI and AI platforms to synthesize recovery data and improve resiliency reporting.
