Role :Senior SAP GTS Consultant
Location: Remote (50% Travel) – NC / TX / CT
Duration: 12 months Contract

We are seeking a Senior SAP GTS Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS), including Compliance Management, Customs Management, Export Controls, and Trade Preference. The ideal candidate will have experience working in regulated environments and knowledge of ABAC and NextLabs integration patterns to support secure, compliant trade operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP GTS solution design, configuration, implementation, and support
• Own SAP GTS Compliance Management, Customs Management, Trade Preference, and Export Control processes
• Configure and support License Determination, SPL Screening, Embargo Checks, and Trade Compliance processes
• Define and implement integration points between SAP GTS and SAP S/4HANA/ECC (SD, MM, Logistics)
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Enterprise Architecture teams on ABAC and NextLabs integration requirements
• Support export-controlled data management and policy enforcement initiatives
• Conduct workshops and translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable SAP GTS solutions
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and compliance with global trade regulations
• Support master data governance, customs processing, and trade-related business processes
• Partner with legal, compliance, business, and IT stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

✅ Required Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of SAP GTS implementation and support experience
• Strong end-to-end experience with:

* Compliance Management
* Customs Management
* Export Controls
* Trade Preference / Trade Controls
• Experience with License Determination, SPL Screening, Embargo Checks, and Customs Processing
• Strong integration experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC (SD, MM, Logistics)
• Knowledge of trade master data governance and compliance processes
• Working knowledge of ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control)
• Familiarity with NextLabs integration considerations in regulated environments
• Experience leading workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder discussions
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:

• Aerospace & Defense industry experience
• Experience in export-controlled or highly regulated environments
• Knowledge of:

* ITAR
* EAR
* OFAC
* DFARS
• Experience with SAP CPI, PI/PO, APIs, IDocs, and enterprise integrations
• Exposure to SAP EWM, TM, and warehouse/logistics integrations
• SAP GTS Certification
• Trade Compliance or Customs Certifications
