About the Role The Account Representative Business Development is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening customer relationships across the Wireline & Perforating portfolio. This role combines technical understanding of subsurface evaluation and perforating services with strong commercial execution to identify opportunities, position value-based solutions, and deliver profitable growth. The position partners closely with operations, engineering, and product teams to align Halliburton capabilities with customer needs and well objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow revenue and increase market share within assigned and target accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and procurement teams.
- Identify customer technical and commercial needs related to formation evaluation, logging, and perforating services.
- Deliver technical sales presentations and proposals, clearly articulating value and performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor positioning to identify new opportunities.
- Lead or support commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract development.
- Drive pipeline development, forecasting, and sales planning activities.
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and operational execution.
- Represent Halliburton in customer meetings, field visits, and industry events.
- Contribute to business planning, including revenue targets, growth strategies, and account development plans.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 38 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles within oil & gas.
- Strong understanding of wireline, logging, perforating, or well intervention operations.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence customer decisions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipelines and deliver revenue growth.
Preferred
- Experience in Wireline & Perforating or related subsurface services.
- Proven track record managing accounts with $5M$50M revenue scope.
- Experience with performance-based contracts or value-based selling.
- Exposure to multi-PSL or integrated service offerings.
