Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP/PA) – Urgent Care Job Summary: Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our growing team across 23 urgent care centers in Northern Virginia. Positions are part‑time. Schedule Overview Total Shifts: 19 partial shifts Shift Length: 6:00PM – 10:00PM (4 hours each) Weekday Shifts: 17 Weekend Shifts: 2 Benefits Competitive base compensation with performance‑based bonuses Medical malpractice and tail coverage Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision) Retirement plan with 5% match starting Day1 Education assistance up to $5,250peryear Student loan support up to $10,000 VA license and DEA reimbursement (if applicable) Paid CME time Mental health support: 25 free sessions per year for team members and dependents Minimum Qualifications Education: NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post‑master’s certificate program PA: Graduate of an accredited PA program and NCCPA certification Experience: Minimum 1 year of full‑time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine Licensure & Certification BLS & ACLS Certification Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia DEA License Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol Credentialing Requirements Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid) Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges Equal Opportunity Employer Inova Health System is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
