Quality Control AssociateAdecco Staffing is working with a leading distribution company in Londonderry, NH to hire Quality Control Associates. This position plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, product quality, and compliance with customer requirements throughout the warehouse operation. Candidates who have strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.Shift: Monday - Friday 4:00 PM - 12:30 AMPay: $19-$21Job Duties:Inspect incoming, outgoing, and stored products to ensure quality standards are metVerify inventory accuracy and product specificationsConduct audits of inventory, shipments, and warehouse processesIdentify, document, and report quality concerns or discrepanciesInvestigate inventory variances and assist with corrective actionsComplete quality documentation and reports accuratelyWork closely with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to resolve issuesUtilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and quality informationFollow all company safety and quality proceduresQualifications:Previous quality control, inventory control, warehouse, or logistics experience preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic computer skills and experience working with warehouse systemsAbility to identify discrepancies and solve problems effectivelyStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 50 pounds as neededAbility to bend, reach, and perform warehouse-related activitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environmentPay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
