Entry-Level Lab Technician (Onsite)

In this role, you will work directly alongside experienced engineers and technicians who are ready to invest in your development. No extensive previous lab experience is required-we are fully prepared to teach you the tools of the trade!

What You Will Do

• Work hands-on with electrical and electronic components in a dynamic lab environment.
• Support ongoing testing, quality checks, and product assembly alongside senior technical staff.
• Learn to operate specialized lab equipment, tools, and testing instrumentation safely and effectively.
• Maintain consistency in specialized testing areas, including working comfortably in controlled environment rooms held at a constant 85 degrees.
• Bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset to daily lab tasks and team projects.

What We Are Looking For

• Basic Knowledge of Electronics: A fundamental understanding or natural interest in electricity, circuits, or electronics (and zero fear of working around electricity!).
• Eagerness to Learn: Highly motivated to pick up new skills, ask questions, and absorb training.
• Great Attitude: Dependable, enthusiastic, and excited to contribute to a collaborative team.
• Comfortable with Lab Conditions: Able and willing to work in specialized testing areas kept at warm temperatures (around 85 degrees Fahrenheit).
• Onsite Commitment: Ability to work 100% onsite every day.
