Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder - 2nd Shift

Overview Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder for its Rental Division. The position involves manually folding customer product or using an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded items, preparing bundles of clean, folded product for delivery, and maintaining a clean work area. The role is performance-based with incentive pay tied to exceeding folding production standards. Responsibilities Fold customer garment, linen, and bulk product manually or with industrial folding machine. Count folded product and prepare bundles of clean, folded items for delivery. Maintain cleanliness of work area. Qualifications & Eligibility Authorized to work in the United States. 18 years of age or older. Adhere to attendance policy. Willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods. Capable of working in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures. Physical Requirements Standing for most of the shift. Repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, reaching.
