By combining industry knowledge with technology and data-driven insights, we empower healthcare providers to achieve both operational excellence and clinical outcomes.   As a Health Industry – Payer Utilization Management Consulting Manager, your primary responsibilities may include: Lead the planning and successful delivery of client engagements, managing the work of Accenture and client working teams and participating directly in project delivery execution Ensure the successful implementation of solutions within promised time and budget, and to the client’s satisfaction Build and maintain trust-based client relationships based on successful delivery and a client-centered approach Serve as an example-driven leader to the project team, providing opportunities for people to develop and enhance key skills, giving honest and timely feedback, and establishing a followership of people who want to work with you Develop project plans and solutions that are tailored to client needs Support development of Accenture assets and tools used to drive and accelerate value to our clients, with particular emphasis on assets focused on utilization management TravelTravel - as needed, varies by client needs and could be up to 80% Why Join the Accenture Healthcare Team?
