It Support Analyst

Overview We are seeking an IT Support & Endpoint Management Specialist to join a growing technology team. This role combines traditional IT support responsibilities with endpoint management, device lifecycle management, software deployments, security initiatives, and technology modernization projects. The ideal candidate will enjoy balancing hands-on user support with project-based work focused on improving endpoint management, automation, security, and the overall employee technology experience. Key Responsibilities: End User Support Provide day-to-day technical support for employees Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application issues Respond to and resolve service desk tickets Support desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral issues Deliver excellent customer service and user communication Endpoint Management Administer and maintain endpoint management solutions Manage device deployments, replacements, and lifecycle activities Configure, maintain, and support Windows-based endpoints Assist with endpoint standardization initiatives Support endpoint security and compliance efforts Software Deployment & Modernization Package and deploy applications Manage software installations, upgrades, and updates Support patch management processes Assist with enterprise technology rollouts and migration projects Participate in endpoint modernization initiatives Process Improvement & Documentation Create and maintain technical documentation Support process improvement initiatives Assist with PowerShell automation efforts Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and end-user experience Required Skills & Experience Windows Operating System administration and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 support experience Endpoint Management experience Mobile Device Management (MDM) Hardware and software troubleshooting End‑user support experience Service desk or desktop support experience Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills Technical documentation experience Technical Environment Microsoft 365 Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management Solutions Windows Operating Systems Mobile Device Management (MDM) PowerShell Device Lifecycle Management Software Packaging and Deployment Patch Management Endpoint Security Tools Preferred Skills Microsoft Endpoint Manager Application Packaging Application Deployment Patch Management Administration Basic Networking Knowledge Endpoint Security and Compliance Experience Automation and Scripting Experience Education & Qualifications Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred Equivalent professional experience will also be considered Ideal Candidate Customer-focused with strong communication skills Self-starter who can work independently Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities Highly adaptable and eager to learn new technologies Passionate about process improvement and technology modernization Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership What This Opportunity Offers Blend of hands-on support and project-based work Exposure to modern endpoint management technologies Opportunity to work with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 environments Involvement in enterprise endpoint modernization initiatives Experience supporting security, compliance, and automation projects Opportunity to make a direct impact on technology standardization and user experience improvements Stable, long‑term opportunity within a collaborative technology team Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of De Pere, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
