About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Policy to play a pivotal role in the Web3 policy and advocacy space. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing the company as a leading policy influencer across Europe, America, and Asia, with a focus on shaping regulatory and policy developments to foster growth and innovation in the Web3 ecosystem. This role involves the development and execution of policy strategies, as well as engaging with industry partners, regulators, and policymakers. The Head of Policy will also be instrumental in ensuring the company navigates the regulatory landscape effectively, minimizing risk, and maintaining compliance. Applicants for the Head of Policy position at the company should have a strong background in public policy or legal experience, with a proven track record of strategic thinking and problem-solving. A deep understanding of decentralized technologies and their implications, as well as familiarity with the regulatory landscape of Web3, is essential. The role requires prior experience in engaging with government and regulatory bodies, industry associations, and a background in policy development within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
