• Professionals with a minimum of two years of retail banking or retail sales and service experience.

What Youll Do

• Maintain a high level of understanding of all bank products and services.
• Provide superior customer service by building interpersonal relationships and addressing customer needs.
• Sell and refer Bank products and services, actively participating in sales promotions.
• Perform all banking transactions, including opening accounts, deposits, and various payments.
• Act as a teller, performing financial transactions and balancing the cash drawer as needed.
• Understand and adhere to security, compliance, and retail banking policies and procedures.
• Comply with all aspects of Bank Secrecy Act responsibilities, including CTRs and CIP.
• Participate in community projects and organizations as requested.

• General personal computer knowledge; prior experience with banking applications preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and strong attention to detail.
• Sales and service-oriented personality.
• Must be available to work Saturdays and evenings on a rotating basis.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years retail banking experience or retail sales and service experience.
