Head of Cyber Innovation and Enablement

Our client is a major employer specializing in the development of flight simulation systems for both civil and military aviation sectors. As Head of Cyber Innovation and Enablement, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s cybersecurity posture while fostering innovation, collaboration, and market growth.

What you will be doing:
- Lead cybersecurity innovation strategy, including go-to-market and business development plans.
- Strengthen customer trust by driving cross-unit collaboration and advancing security maturity.
- Represent the company in client engagements, partnerships, and industry forums.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
- Proven leadership in cybersecurity, innovation, or program management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level processes, compliance, and security frameworks.
