Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Monument, CO. The Front Desk Receptionist will handle day-to-day responsibilities, including managing incoming calls with professionalism, greeting visitors, performing receptionist duties, and providing outstanding customer service. Additional tasks include clerical support, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized front office to ensure a welcoming environment. Qualifications Strong Phone Etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, such as greeting clients, scheduling, and maintaining a professional front desk presence Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and team members Outstanding Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for all visitors Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr Financial Future Services, LLC
