Georgia Foods is hiring Shift Leaders who are ready to lead with purpose, hustle with heart, and make each shift count. As a Shift Leader, you'll be the go-to person for your crew, keeping things running smoothly while delivering the kind of fast, friendly service Bojangles is known for.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead by example during active shiftssetting the tone for service, quality, and pace
2. Assign tasks, manage crew flow, and ensure shift checklists are completed
3. Help train new team members and offer real-time coaching during shifts
4. Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
5. Handle minor guest complaints with professionalism and urgency
6. Communicate clearly with management about needs, concerns, and wins
7. Support drive-thru, front counter, kitchen, or any area as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Leadership qualities, even without formal management experience
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
