Benefits Hourly pay range: $36-$43 (25% higher than average) Make your own schedule, with many shifts and facilities to choose from Work shifts in multiple states, based on where you're licensed Health, vision, and dental benefits available Employer-paid malpractice insurance and workers' compensation Weekly or even daily pay Tuition discounts at Excelsior University (up to 34% off) Travel, holidays, overtime, and hazard pay available 401(k) retirement program participation Continuing education and training through our app—for free Job Responsibilities Delivering post-acute care as an LPN Monitoring the physical and mental wellbeing of residents and tracking their vital signs Performing intakes of residents and documenting their health concerns and medical histories Reviewing medical records and charts of residents Properly administering (and verifying) medications Helping to maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies Contributing to a safe, comfortable environment for residents Assisting with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies Following and adhering to care plans for residents Helping medical staff with orientation and training Qualifications and Skills Current North Carolina state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program High school diploma (or GED/equivalent) Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role) Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Location Marshall, North Carolina 28753 EEO Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
