Puesto: Product Management Expert Modalidad: Contrato freelance por horas Compensación: US$80–US$90 por hora Ubicación: Remoto Sobre la oportunidad Esta oportunidad está dirigida a profesionales con experiencia en Product Management que estén interesados en contribuir a proyectos avanzados de investigación y evaluación de Inteligencia Artificial, enfocados en escenarios de gestión de productos a escala empresarial. El rol consiste en crear escenarios de producto realistas, desarrollar soluciones de referencia y establecer criterios de evaluación que reflejen la forma en que trabajan los líderes senior de producto dentro de empresas Fortune 500 y grandes organizaciones empresariales. Aplicarás tu experiencia en estrategia de producto, discovery, planificación de roadmaps, gestión de stakeholders y desarrollo de productos enterprise para ayudar a mejorar las capacidades de los sistemas de IA de próxima generación. Principales responsabilidades Diseñar escenarios de productos empresariales que involucren planificación de roadmaps de varios trimestres, alineación de stakeholders multifuncionales y decisiones complejas de go-to-market o plataformas. Desarrollar tareas relacionadas con estrategia de producto, discovery, investigación de usuarios, pricing y packaging, gestión de productos de plataformas/APIs y Product-Led Growth (PLG). Crear escenarios de Product Operations utilizando herramientas empresariales como Jira, Productboard, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Figma y plataformas de experimentación. Aplicar metodologías de producto reconocidas como: JTBD (Jobs To Be Done), RICE, Opportunity Scoring, Dual-Track Agile, OKRs. Desarrollar materiales de referencia de alta calidad, incluyendo PRDs, estrategias de roadmap, requisitos de producto y narrativas de producto orientadas a ejecutivos. Crear rúbricas de evaluación capaces de distinguir el verdadero criterio y experiencia en Product Management empresarial del conocimiento genérico de frameworks. Evaluar decisiones y entregables de producto considerando aspectos como pensamiento estratégico, impacto en el cliente, objetivos de negocio, complejidad de ejecución y gestión de stakeholders. Requisitos 5+ años de experiencia como Product Manager o líder de Producto dentro de una empresa tecnológica o empresarial Fortune 500. Experiencia trabajando en organizaciones como Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Salesforce, Adobe u otros entornos empresariales equivalentes. También se considera relevante la experiencia en empresas Fortune 500 no tecnológicas, como JPMorgan, UPS, Unilever, PepsiCo o compañías comparables. Experiencia directa liderando y siendo responsable de productos, plataformas o líneas de producto de escala empresarial, con impacto de negocio medible. Sólido conocimiento de estrategia de producto, planificación de roadmaps, discovery, experimentación, pricing y estrategia go‑to‑market. Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas, metodología y modelos operativos utilizados en Product Management empresarial. Comprensión demostrable de presupuestos empresariales, estructuras de gobierno multifuncionales, alineación con stakeholders ejecutivos y procesos de toma de decisiones organizacionales. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal. Requisitos deseables Experiencia creando rúbricas de producto, frameworks de evaluación, programas de formación, PRDs o documentación de producto. Experiencia evaluando o haciendo mentoría a Product Managers y equipos de producto. Familiaridad con desarrollo de productos de IA, evaluación de modelos de IA o procesos de entrenamiento de IA será considerada un plus. Experiencia trabajando transversalmente entre diferentes funciones de producto, unidades de negocio o mercados empresariales. Compensación US$80–US$90 por hora. Pagos semanales.
