• Prepare, prime, and paint trailers using a variety of painting guns and equipment.
• Read and follow written and verbal instructions to complete paint and body repair tasks correctly and safely.
• Work with different types of paint and apply proper safety protocols, including mixing, handling, and storage.
• Perform repairs and prep work above shoulder height as well as overhead.
• Crawl underneath trailers and perform tasks on your knees as needed for full unit preparation.
• Climb ladders and work on scaffolding when required to reach high surfaces.
• Wash and prep trailers using a washing wand to ensure clean surfaces for paint and decal application.
• Apply decals with precision using a smoothing brush to ensure a clean and professional finish.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in paint & body work, ideally within a trucking, automotive, or equipment repair environment required.
• Comfortable with physically demanding work, including climbing, kneeling, crawling, and working at elevated heights.
• Working knowledge of different types of painting guns, paint products, and shop safety practices.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 7 AM to 5 PM

Pay Rate:

• $18 - $20/Hourly
