This is your chance to become part of a dedicated team providing essential surgical support—apply now to advance your career!Quick Facts:Location: 1492 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43203Start Date: 10/05/2026End Date: 01/04/2027Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (08:00 AM – 06:30 PM)Hours/week: 40Employment Type: ContractLicense/Certs: CBSPD or CRCST (through HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM)Experience: Relevant sterile processing experience requiredPay & Benefits:Pay Rate: $32.88/hourBenefits include: Competitive pay packagesWeekly pay schedule via direct depositComprehensive medical benefits (W-2)Robust referral bonus programPaid sick time in accordance with applicable lawsLicensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicableWhat You'll Do:Decontaminate surgical instruments, scopes, drills, and devices (including DaVinci and other delicate equipment)Perform sterilization processes with sterilization (sterrad) and steam techniquesManage high-level disinfection (HLD) and scope processingAssist in sterile storage maintaining proper inventorySupport OR liaison duties, including handling case carts and suppliesUse Censitrac tracking system to document and manage instrumentsPrepare case carts, separate dirties, and facilitate case needs for upcoming surgeriesRespond to OR calls for two floors of surgical casesWhat You Need:Valid CBSPD or CRCST certification (through HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM)Prior sterile processing experienceKnowledge of sterilization and disinfection proceduresAbility to operate sterilization and tracking systemsStrong organizational and communication skillsMust reside more than 50 miles from the facility (current contractors outside this radius preferred)Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictionsAbout the Assignment:Join a dedicated surgical services team focused on delivering safe, sterile instruments to support high-quality patient care.
