Apex Systems has an immediate and high-profile opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to work for ADP. The role can be considered on a 100% fully remote 6 month contract basis. This role will work closely with marketing, product, partner development, and data insights teams to execute the merchandising and marketing content strategy for the ADP Marketplace storefront with accurate and timely completion of tasks.

What We Are Looking For

• BA/BS degree in Marketing preferred • 2-3 years in marketing management or project management • Experience with Google Analytics, digital marketing and merchandising, and CMS • A self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills • The ideal candidate must have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • High-energy, detail-oriented team member who strives for innovation and results-oriented outcomes. • The ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities with a professional, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Execute and project manage merchandising tactics across our available marketing channels. With specific focus on the setup, management and take down of the digital marketing assets for ADP Marketplace seasonal deals. • Support the operation and optimization of our Coveo recommendation engine. • Project manage and setup G2 review syndication for new and existing app listings. • Serve as a primary marketing resource for the ADP Marketplace storefront. This can include updating the site’s content, product tagging and discount settings. • Engage with agency partners to bring marketing efforts to life. • Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize and communicate improvements in product offerings, processes, systems and tools. • Develop and execute monthly Google Analytics traffic performance reports for external partners and coordinate delivery of reports with partner development team. • Support digital marketing efforts including remarketing to increase awareness and drive leads for sales. • Support the enhancement of 3rd party and ADP product listings on ADP Marketplace, where needed. • Support creation and publishing of social, content and marketing copy. • Review marketing content created by our external partners to ensure it is following applicable guidelines.
