This role is perfect for an ambitious professional who is passionate about law, possesses a deep understanding of the pre-litigation process, and is eager to make a significant impact in our organization. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury, either plaintiff or defense. Responsibilities: Managing and overseeing a large caseload of pre-litigation cases. Analyzing and organizing case files, and conducting legal research to support case preparation. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and agreements. Providing expert legal advice to clients on pre-litigation matters. Collaborating with our team of attorneys and paralegals to develop effective legal strategies. Representing clients in pre-litigation negotiations and mediations. Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that affect pre-litigation practices. Maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all dealings. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the legal industry, with a focus on pre-litigation cases. A current license to practice law in the state of Texas. Demonstrated experience in managing large caseloads and organizing case files. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Proficiency in legal research and the ability to draft and review complex legal documents. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. High level of integrity and professional ethics.
