Overview Position: Leasing Consultant Location: The Mill at Ironworks Plaza, Mishawaka, IN Location Details: The Mill at Ironworks - 2, Mishawaka, IN 46544 Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday Experience: 3+ years of multifamily leasing experience is highly preferred Compensation: $16.00 – $18.00 hourly Leasing Commissions are available. What You’ll Do Be the welcoming face of the community, greeting and engaging with prospective residents as they explore the property. Showcase the unique features and amenities that make the property feel like home. Guide prospective residents through the leasing process with care and attention to detail, making it smooth and enjoyable. Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. Build lasting relationships with current residents by addressing their needs and creating a sense of belonging. Be a problem solver and a go-to resource for questions and concerns, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Collaborate with teammates to achieve leasing and occupancy goals. Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings to highlight what makes the property stand out. Help plan and host engaging resident events that bring the community together. What Makes You a Great Fit A high school diploma or equivalent. You’re a natural communicator with a warm, approachable personality. Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, or a strong willingness to learn and grow in these areas. Loves working with people and is committed to providing top-notch service. Tech-savvy and comfortable using property management software and Microsoft Office tools.
