RN - Case Manager Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Manager Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 07:30 - 18:00 Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an RN and 1 year as a Case Manager License: Current and valid Driver's License or State issued ID required Certifications: BLS required; CCM or ACM certification preferred Must-Have: Valid Driver's License and Utility BillMinimum of 5 days RTO or lessExperience with care coordination and discharge planning Description:RN Case Managers support inpatient discharge planning.They assist with care coordination and care progression.They ensure compliance with patient choice and regulatory requirements.Candidates must have recent case or resource management experience.InterQual or MCG experience is preferred.Candidates must float to other areas to meet facility needs if required.All candidates must be willing to float within their scope.Local candidates may be considered for future opportunities.Candidates must adhere to HIPAA guidelines.They should possess basic computer skills.Candidates must complete necessary modules during orientation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
