You will be at the forefront of client relationships, entrusted with crafting seamless, high-touch itineraries and managing changes, modifications, and cancellations as required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Handle the most complex and high-profile travel requests with confidence, precision, and creativity. Design expert-level itineraries that align with each client’s preferences, priorities, and business objectives. Deliver a white-glove experience that reinforces our brand promise: excellence in every interaction. Attentive to understanding the full scope of client needs — proactively identifying the best itinerary for their unique and specific requirements. Accurately and efficiently resolves client issues and needs. Manage and book travel requirements for domestic and international itineraries, understanding the requirements for country-specific entry requirements, including but not limited to visa, passport, inoculations, and pre-trip document production as appropriate. Provide consultative travel guidance that empowers clients to make confident, informed decisions. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Represent the company’s culture of service, accountability, and reliability in every touchpoint with the client.
