Senior Research Associate - Onsite, Cambridge, MA We are seeking a Senior Research Associate to support transcriptomics studies across a range of sequencing platforms, including bulk RNA sequencing, small RNA sequencing, long-read sequencing, single-cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, and related technologies. Responsibilities include:Perform RNA sample preparation activities, including RNA isolation, library preparation, quality control, and sequencing.Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot next-generation sequencing equipment.Manage sample tracking, storage, and logistics throughout the data generation process.Prepare detailed protocols, technical documentation, and data reports.Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to the development, optimization, and implementation of new and existing workflows.Support multiple projects and adapt to changing platform, workflow, and study requirements.Train and assist team members as needed.Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, equipment performance, and study results.Follow applicable laboratory procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented scientist with experience in RNA sequencing workflows, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative research environment.Estimated Min Rate: $30.80Estimated Max Rate: $44.00What’s In It for You?We welcome you to be a part of the largest and legendary global staffing companies to meet your career aspirations.
