This is a high-impact, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of client-facing commercial work and hands‑on engineering collaboration. You will serve as the connection between what SSH clients need (CROs, pharma, health systems, insurers, and employer wellness programs) and what our engineering team builds. Your immediate priority is shaping and delivering the current MVP while building a forward-looking product roadmap that extends well beyond any single client. You will translate complex, technically sophisticated client requirements into clear, actionable product specifications, while continuously identifying opportunities to generalize those solutions for broader market applicability. You will be expected to think critically about total addressable market, balance bespoke client needs against scalable product architecture, and drive specs through engineering to shipped product that wins in the largest possible market. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Requirements Translation Serve as the primary product interface for SSH clients and prospects, including CROs, pharma, insurers, and employer wellness programs Conduct structured discovery with clients to surface unmet needs, workflow constraints, compliance requirements, and integration expectations Translate complex, regulated-market client demands into precise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering can act on Maintain ongoing client feedback loops to validate assumptions, prioritize features, and iterate quickly on live deployments Partner with the commercial team on pre‑sales support, solution scoping, and client onboarding to ensure requirements are captured early and accurately MVP Development & Roadmap Ownership Own the current SSH MVP end‑to‑end: scope, requirements, delivery milestones, and post‑launch iteration Develop and maintain a structured, prioritized product roadmap aligned to client demand, commercial opportunity, and technical feasibility Apply a clear prioritization framework (e.g., ICE or similar) to feature decisions; document and communicate trade‑offs transparently to stakeholders Define and track KPIs tied to roadmap initiatives; report progress to the General Manager and leadership team on a regular cadence Ensure the roadmap addresses the regulatory, compliance, and data privacy requirements of SSH’s client base (HIPAA, IRB, de‑identification standards, etc.) Engineering Collaboration Work closely with the design and engineering teams (onshore and offshore) on a daily basis. Participate in, and where appropriate, lead sprint planning, stand‑ups, design reviews, and acceptance testing Write clear, detailed PRDs and functional specifications; define acceptance criteria that reduce ambiguity and rework Balance scope ruthlessly to protect delivery cadence without sacrificing quality or compliance requirements Partner with engineering to assess technical feasibility of new features, particularly around 3D scanning data pipelines, measurement outputs, and enterprise integrations Manage phased rollouts, feature flags, and release processes to minimize risk in regulated client environments Commercial & Stakeholder Alignment Bridge the commercial team and engineering (onshore and offshore): ensure that what is being sold reflects what can be built, and that what is built reflects what clients will pay for Support go‑to‑market planning for new features and platform releases, including client communications, training materials, and implementation guides Serve as a credible, knowledgeable voice with enterprise buyers, with the ability to discuss clinical workflows, compliance considerations, and technical architecture at an appropriate level Provide regular product readouts to the General Manager and relevant stakeholders; surface risks and blockers proactively Qualifications Required Minimum 2-3 years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or a regulated enterprise environment Demonstrated experience owning a product roadmap end‑to‑end: vision, prioritization, requirements, delivery, and iteration Client‑facing skills: comfortable running discovery sessions with technical buyers, clinical stakeholders, and enterprise procurement Proven ability to translate ambiguous, complex client needs into structured product requirements that UX/UI and engineering teams can execute against Experience working in close, daily collaboration with engineering in agile environments Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements relevant to health data: HIPAA at minimum; IRB, de‑identification standards, or GxP exposure is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write crisp PRDs and present trade‑offs clearly to non‑technical leadership Preferred Experience selling into or building for CROs, health systems, insurers, or employer wellness programs Exposure to SaaS platforms handling sensitive or regulated data at enterprise scale Familiarity with 3D scanning, imaging, or body measurement technologies — or adjacent medical device / digital health tooling Experience developing monetization strategies and pricing models for B2B health technology platforms PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus Size Stream is an equal opportunity employer.
