Senior Product Owner Morrisville, North Carolina Full-Time (hybrid) – Investors Title Insurance Company. We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner to join a growing product and technology organization focused on accelerating the delivery of high impact software solutions. Why You'll Love This Role Have a meaningful voice in product direction, prioritization, and strategic decision-making Work in a highly collaborative environment where business and technology teams partner closely to solve complex challenges Influence initiatives that directly impact operational efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes Operate in a role with high visibility across business and technology stakeholders Join a team that values innovation, continuous improvement, and thoughtful problem-solving Work on impactful initiatives that support both current operations and long-term organizational growth What You'll Do Identify and define business problems, opportunities, and desired outcomes Develop clear problem statements and define product capabilities Evaluate business impact, including operational and process changes Support development of ROI inputs and value-based decision-making Lead discovery activities to define requirements, workflows, and solution direction Gather input from business, engineering, QA, UX, and external stakeholders Identify multiple solution options, evaluate trade-offs, and drive stakeholder alignment Translate discovery outputs into clear, structured product requirements and features Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning to guide delivery teams Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, and architecture teams to validate solutions Support user acceptance testing, release readiness, and solution adoption Evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for future enhancements and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a technology-driven environment Strong ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and actionable solutions Experience working within Agile or SDLC delivery frameworks Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive alignment across teams Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage competing priorities and make informed trade-off decisions A strategic yet hands-on mindset, with the ability to think end-to-end across business processes, systems, and user experience Comfortable leading through influence and driving clarity in ambiguous situations Ability to keep teams aligned on business objectives, priorities, and desired outcomes throughout the product lifecycle A positive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement The Company is an equal opportunity employer.
