As Convention Services Manager, you will play a critical role in bringing meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events to life. You'll work closely with clients and hotel leadership to create memorable experiences while driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to build lasting client relationships, lead event execution, and make a visible impact on the success of the hotel.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel convention services, catering, event management, or a related hospitality field.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Strong understanding of hotel operations, event logistics, and banquet procedures.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with event management systems (e.g., Delphi, CI/TY, Amadeus) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.

In this role, you will:

• Create exceptional event experiences that exceed client expectations.
• Develop strong relationships with meeting planners and group contacts.
• Partner with multiple hotel departments to ensure flawless execution.
• Identify opportunities to enhance event revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the event planning process.

Pay: $65,000 per year
