We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager (PM III) to join our team. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who enjoys leading projects while continuing to stay connected to the technical work. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering projects from concept through completion. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, guide project execution, and serve as a trusted partner to both internal teams and clients. What You’ll Do Lead the successful delivery of multidisciplinary facility engineering design projects from planning through completionManage project scope, schedule, budget, and overall performanceServe as a key point of coordination between engineering disciplines, designers, and stakeholdersProvide technical guidance and contribute to design reviews as neededSupport collaboration across teams to ensure alignment, quality, and efficiencyCommunicate project updates, priorities, and technical information clearly to both internal teams and clientsIdentify and help manage project risks, changes, and opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsivenessContribute to consistent project delivery standards and best practicesSupport mentoring and development of team members QualificationsYou are passionate about:Working collaboratively with others.Having ownership in the work you do.Using your talents to positively affect communities.You bring to the team:Strong communication skills.Ability to contribute and work well with a team.Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Experience leading engineering or design projects in a consulting or professional services environmentUnderstanding of project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, budget, and coordination)Ability to balance technical contributions with project leadership responsibilities #LI-DD1Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, geographic location, skills, education, and internal equity.Colorado Pay Range$136,000—$187,000 USDAdditional InformationOlsson specializes in engineering and design, client advisory services, planning, field services, and environmental.
