What this job involves Liaising with Lab Managers, EHS, Facilities and contract managers regarding scope changes, routine work, inspection findings, and issue resolution. Overseeing and managing a lab services team performing routine lab inventory restocking & cycle counting, PPE Inventory, glass wash and autoclaving services while assisting in developing and implementing strategic initiatives. What your day-to-day will look like Verify that Lab Services staff complete assigned tasks in alignment with the IFM Lab Services Scope of Work and client processes. Manage laboratory inventory and PPE programs. Oversee central glass wash and autoclave services. Ensure the compliant execution of routine eyewash station tests. Coordinate simple lab equipment decontamination as needed. Participate in client and site working groups involving laboratory activities. Execute onboarding and offboarding of lab services staff and vendors. Conduct periodic safety, environmental, and other required inspections/audits. Ensure compliance with legal, JLL, and client codes, procedures, and policies. Communicate safety-related events, issues, and observations. Align direct reports and vendor services to common goals. Represent JLL as a business representative, promoting ideas for service improvements. Assist in training and act as backup for all Lab Services duties. Perform additional job duties as requested. Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Desired or preferred experience and technical skills Minimum of 5 years of lab experience, preferably within a laboratory setting. 2-5 years of supervisory experience. Prior experience with a CMMS. Understanding of the BioPharma industry and the process of bringing medicines to market. High degree of professional knowledge in the Lab Services marketplace of outsourcing. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree or relevant experience and training. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to provide precise, accurate, and timely documentation. Commitment to customer service and working in a laboratory environment. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Understanding of contracts and service delivery. Skill in managing relationships between JLL and client organizations. Proven strong customer service skills. Ability to adjust to changing business needs while maintaining focus on long-term goals. Ensure compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives, laws, regulations, and audit requirements.
