Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Telemetry for a travel contract in bustling Plattsburgh, NY. This role requires working across multiple units, including Med Surg, Oncology, and Orthopedics, in a dynamic environment where support and team collaboration are key.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Monitor and interpret telemetric data for assigned patients
• Administer medications and perform IV insertions and blood draws
• Float between units including M/S Tele, and assist with ED Hold patients
• Conduct assessments and develop patient care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Valid NY RN license at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in Telemetry
• BLS certification required; CMSRN preferred
• Recent Epic experience within the past 2 years
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required before starting
