C#/.Net Production Support Engineer
Join our team as a Production Support Engineer in New York, NY. This full-time role involves managing incoming tickets, troubleshooting mission-critical issues, and collaborating with various teams. The position requires expertise in a general programming language and database query writing.
Monitor and assess incoming support tickets, prioritizing as necessary. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues independently. Develop and implement permanent solutions after identifying root causes. Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements. Ensure support readiness before any production environment changes.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 5 years of experience with a general programming language. 5 years of experience in database query writing. Experience with scripting languages. Familiarity with bug-tracking tools and object-oriented design.
