CSR / Producer

Metro Detroit Meemic/AAA insurance agency has a position available for a customer service agent/producer. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and is a team player with a can-do attitude. Key Responsibilities: • Answer and respond to client questions and servicing needs • Write and service policies in the Guidewire system • Generate sales and manage policy change requirements • Perform policy reviews to correct issues and optimize coverage options based upon client needs • Meeting with clients in person • Cross-selling and client retention tasks • Assist with marketing and lead follow-up • Organize documentation received from clients and carriers in agency CRM system A P&C license is required with 1 year experience as a CSR/producer. Experience with the Guidewire system is a definite plus.
