Summary:
The Warehouse Manager will lead all pick and pack team members, report and help resolve any quality infractions, picking and packing orders to customer specifications, accurate accounting of inventory and resolution of discrepancies, ensure all team members arrive on time, take scheduled breaks or lunches as scheduled, and stay within the scheduled time frames, receiving shipments, accurately verifying transactions and stocking accuracy of other associates, ensure backlog stays within customer requirement, accurate accounting of inventory and resolution of discrepancies, process outgoing shipments with carriers including international shipments. Must have the ability to perform audits, assist with cycle counts and train associates as requested. Maintain warehouse supplies and equipment.

  Responsibilities of the Warehouse Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Train personnel on proper procedures
• Lead all pick and pack team members
• Report and help resolve any quality infractions
• Picking and packing orders to customer specifications
• Verification of order accuracy of other employees
• Accurate accounting of inventory and resolution of discrepancies
• Ensure all team members arrive on time, take scheduled breaks or lunches as scheduled, and stay within the scheduled time frames
• Put away incoming inventory
• Ensure backlog stays within customer requirement
• Maintain warehouse supplies and equipment to avoid production delays.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred for maintain auto bagging and warehouse equipment
• Maintain annual calibration of all warehouse equipment/tools.
• Follow appropriate safety procedures

Qualifications of the Warehouse Manager include, but are not limited to:

• At least 5 years of experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment
• 2 years of management experience
• Must have strong verbal and writing skills along with strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Training/Certifications:    Previous distribution/warehouse experience required; forklift experience required

Additional Information:

• Physical Demand: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

• Ability to work day Mon-Fri for an 8 hour shift.
