Our all-in-one therapist platform simplifies your workflow, allowing you to focus primarily on client interactions rather than administrative tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, establishing a warm relationship with clients.Utilize solution-focused therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs, engaging in techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Narrative Therapy.Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans that empower clients to overcome challenges and develop coping strategies.Assist clients in gaining insight into their thoughts, feelings, and interpersonal relationships through guided exploration.Continuously assess client progress and modify treatment approaches as necessary to ensure the highest quality of care.Patient Population / Client FocusOur primary focus is on working with stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a broad spectrum of mental health concerns. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and your ability to empathize and connect with a variety of individuals will be crucial in facilitating their growth and healing.QualificationsA Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.Must hold a full, unrestricted license such as: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions are permitted.Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate, supportive demeanor are essential.Strong computer literacy skills to navigate our telehealth platform effectively.Preferred ExperienceWhile we value diverse experiences, preference may be given to candidates with previous telehealth experience or those familiar with solution-based therapeutic modalities.
