Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and psychological evaluations, utilizing standardized tools to accurately understand clients' mental health statuses and challenges.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on assessed needs and preferences, using evidence-based techniques tailored to enhance client well-being.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions primarily via teletherapy or video conferencing, fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals, regularly revisiting these goals to track progress effectively and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and clinical notes to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, highlighting our dedication to professionalism.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation, enhancing your clinical practice while sharing knowledge and resources with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid license in your field, including Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional organizational skills, enabling effective time management of caseload and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a community health setting, particularly in providing teletherapy services.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development through attending workshops, seminars, and training relevant to mental health practices.
