Work Environment

This role will primarily operate in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings utilizing standardized tools to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and determine comprehensive treatment needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to individual client goals while incorporating evidence-based practices to foster effective outcomes.
• Employ a multifaceted approach by facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring an inclusive and supportive space for all clients.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure the delivery of integrated care.
• Provide education and resources for clients' families to promote understanding, involvement, and support within the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in adherence with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with health information privacy regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic caters to a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• Current and valid license in Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated extensive experience or specialized training in mental health counseling, equipping you with the necessary skills to handle complex clinical cases.
• Robust knowledge of evidence-based practices relevant to treating a variety of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills, capable of developing strong therapeutic alliances and motivating clients through their therapeutic journey.

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in community health settings, demonstrating a proactive approach to client engagement and familiarity with comprehensive treatment strategies. Additional experience with teletherapy platforms and sound knowledge of digital resources to support client care can be advantageous in this role.
