What You'll Do Build trust with prospective residents and families while helping them navigate senior living options. Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, outreach, community events, and follow-up. Conduct engaging community tours that highlight our exceptional care, culture, and lifestyle. Confidently guide families through the decision-making process and ask for the close. Represent CountryHouse Elkhorn at networking events, professional organizations, and community outreach opportunities. Partner with the Executive Director and leadership team to meet and exceed occupancy goals. Maintain accurate lead management and consistently follow up to provide an exceptional customer experience. Experienced – Senior living sales is preferred, but we welcome top performers from healthcare, hospitality, multifamily housing, medical sales, admissions, or other consultative sales backgrounds.
