Supply Chain Coordinator

We’re partnering with a multinational industry leader known for innovation, collaboration, and a people-first culture. They’re looking for a detail-driven Supply Chain Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to make a real impact across operations.

What You’ll Own

· Coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment from entry to delivery

· Ensure ERP data integrity and manage customer master data

· Monitor and improve On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance

· Oversee order backlog and support real-time tracking/reporting

· Manage returns and credit processing

· Collaborate cross-functionally with production, warehousing, quality, and business teams

· Support AI-enabled tools and help drive process efficiency

This is a high-visibility role where precision, communication, and organization truly matter.

What You Bring

· 1–3 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment

· Strong order management and ERP system experience

· Inventory control knowledge (import/export experience is a plus)

· Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· A proactive, customer-first mindset
