Waukesha, WI | $35+/hr Negotiable based on Experience | Full-Time

This Is Not a Typical Carpenter Job


We are not looking for someone to "help out" on jobs.
We are hiring a true Lead Carpenter -someone who takes ownership, delivers high-level craftsmanship, and runs projects the right way.

What You'll Own


This is a leadership role , not a title upgrade.

You will:

• Run residential remodel projects (kitchens, bathrooms, basements, full-home renovations)
• Execute and oversee high-end carpentry (kitchen / baths / home additions) from framing to finish.
• Keep jobs moving efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Set the standard for workmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Solve problems before they become delays
• Coordinate with project managers and occasionally clients
• Ensure work is done right the first time-no callbacks

Who This Role Is For
