Junior Finish Carpenter

$35-$40 per hour, based on experience

We're looking for a skilled Finish Carpenter who enjoys precision work and takes pride in delivering beautiful results. If you appreciate working alongside experienced professionals on high-end remodeling projects, this could be the right fit for you.

As a Finish Carpenter, you'll help bring custom remodeling projects to life through detailed craftsmanship and quality execution.

Your responsibilities include:

• Install interior trim, doors, baseboards, casings, crown molding, and other finish carpentry components
• Install cabinetry, built-ins, and architectural millwork
• Complete finish carpentry work with a high level of precision and attention to detail
• Read construction drawings and follow project specifications
• Work closely with Project Managers and Lead Carpenters to deliver exceptional results
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
• Assist with general carpentry work when project needs require it

• 2-3+ years of professional finish carpentry experience in residential remodeling
• Experience installing trim, cabinetry, doors, and finish details
• Ability to read plans and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Professional communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering outstanding work

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience building custom cabinetry
• Residential remodeling experience
• Knowledge of advanced woodworking techniques and specialty trim installation

• $35-$40 per hour , based on experience
