Hotel Front Desk Attendant

We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls Welcome guests warmly, determine their needs, and manage the registration process Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, dining, and travel directions Manage guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately Qualifications Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed Compensation $16 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr
