Job Summary:
A Cardiac Sonographer position is available in Ithaca, New York. This outpatient cardiology practice supports the surrounding communities and requires candidates to bring their license on the first day. The role involves performing diagnostic echocardiographic procedures, stress echocardiograms, and handling holter monitor hookups, disconnections, and downloads. The schedule is dayshift with 8-hour shifts, and the minimum weekly hours are 40.

Job Details:

• Location: Ithaca, New York
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification from ARDMS or CCI is required. Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) via the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) of Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Additional Information: Willing to travel to off-site hospital to perform testing on inpatients and outpatients.
• Unit Description: Busy outpatient cardiology practice supporting the Ithaca community and surrounding areas.
