Our client is looking to hire a Scheduler who has experience working with GC firms for projects in Dallas/Ft Worth. The role offers an annual salary of $120,000 to $125,000. About the Position The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating high‑profile construction projects focused on Data Centers and Hospitals. Coordinate with project managers and other project leads to gather accurate schedule updates. Identify project milestones and integrate them into the project schedule. Analyze project schedules and provide status reports to the project team. Monitor and review the project schedule to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Provide forecasts and project schedule updates as required. Utilize Primavera P6 software for all scheduling tasks. Coordinate with all project stakeholders to gather and confirm schedule details. Proactively identify potential schedule impacts and propose solutions to maintain project timelines. Assist in the development of project proposals and bids as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction scheduling, specifically with Data Centers and Hospitals. Proficiency with Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling software. Strong understanding of construction processes, including project planning, detailed design and engineering, procurement, and construction execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems under pressure. Demonstrated ability to present complex schedule information in a simplified manner. Knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies.
