Wiring Assembler – 1st Shift

Shift: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Starting Pay: $20 to $22

We are looking for a Wiring Assembler with a background in mechanical or electrical assembly to join our team. The role involves assembling fabricated and electrical components, sub-assemblies, and enclosures. Candidates must be comfortable working with intricate parts, using hand tools, and interpreting work orders and diagrams. This is a 1st shift position with opportunities to grow within the company.

Job Duties:

• Assemble fabricated and electrical components, sub-assemblies, and miscellaneous enclosures.
• Interpret instructions such as work orders, diagrams, wire lists, and verbal directions to determine materials and assembly sequences.
• Fabricate and install flexibar as required.
• Install larger power wires, including retrieving, crimp lugging, and heat sleeve shrinking.
• Inspect parts, materials, and assemblies to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• Communicate and document with supervision as needed.
• Become familiar with interpreting 3-D solid model viewers.

Job Requirements:

• Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment or mechanical experience.
• Electrical assembly experience is preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and wire crimpers.
• Able to handle intricate parts and demonstrate good dexterity.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Respectful of others and able to work well in a team environment.
