Founding Engineer

Software Engineer
You'll be responsible for:
- Designing, building, and deploying major features end-to-end
- Building systems brokers can trust with real workflows and real money
- Shaping product roadmap, culture, and technical strategy
- Mentoring engineers and maintaining robust, reliable systems
- Tackling tough insurance + workflow challenges in close collaboration with the entire team
- Supporting customers directly and helping us grow usage fast

What it takes
- 3+ years of software engineering experience at a prior startup
- Strong with Python/Django, React, TypeScript/JS, and REST APIs
- Comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced 0 → 1 environment
- Bonus points for insurtech, fintech, vertical AI, or workflow automation experience
