You will have experience in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint. You will produce good customer service in high stress situations. You will maintain logs, records, manifests, documentation, and managing registration databases. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications For the GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Coordinating complex travel itineraries for military and civilian personnel traveling at government expense on official orders to various destinations worldwide, via air or surface transportation. 2) Applying an extensive body of government travel regulations to coordinate personnel travel arrangements using an automated travel system (e.g. Defense Travel System), 3) Resolving a variety of personnel travel issues and ensuring all travel entitlements are paid in compliance with government travel rules. For the GS-06: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Coordinating complex travel itineraries for military and civilian personnel traveling at government expense on official orders to various destinations worldwide, via air or surface transportation; 2) Applying an extensive body of government travel regulations to coordinate personnel travel arrangements using an automated travel system (e.g., Defense Travel System); 3) Resolving a variety of personnel travel issues and ensuring all travel entitlements are paid in compliance with government travel rules.
