Pay & Benefits
- Salary Range: $80,000 – $115,000 based on experience
- Bonuses: Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for a two-year commitment

What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Document patient progress using Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with a specialized, engaged healthcare team
- Support occasional outpatient, SNF, or home health patients
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotation (rare)
What You Need
- Minnesota Physical Therapist license
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (Epic preferred)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
