Sr. Treasury Analyst

The Senior Treasury Analyst is a key member of the finance team, responsible for ensuring the organization’s financial health through effective liquidity management, capital preservation, and risk mitigation. This role balances day-to-day cash operations with high-level strategic analysis, supporting the CFO/Treasurer in optimizing the company’s capital structure and maintaining strong relationships with all banking partners. Duties and Responsibilities Liquidity Management: Execute daily cash positioning, monitor bank balances, and manage short‑term investing or borrowing activities. Cash Flow Forecasting: Maintain and enhance complex 13‑week and long‑range cash flow models to predict funding requirements. Risk Management: Monitor and report on financial risks, including foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate exposures; assist in the evaluation and execution of hedging programs. Debt & Investment Administration: Oversee compliance with loan covenants, track debt maturity schedules, and manage the corporate investment portfolio. Process Optimization: Lead the implementation or enhancement of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and integrate banking data with SAP. Bank Administration: Act as the primary point of contact for banking partners to manage account documentation, regulatory reporting, and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required. Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of total experience in corporate treasury, financial analysis, accounting or investment banking. Certifications: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is preferred. Systems Knowledge: Proven experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, Reval) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Financial Modeling: Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build dynamic sensitivity analyses and automated reports. Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights for executive leadership. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing multi‑million‑dollar transactions and regulatory filings. Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical treasury concepts to non‑finance stakeholders.
