Quick Facts Location: Cookeville, TN (317 North Hickory Avenue) Start Date: 08/31/2026 End Date: 11/30/2026 Shift: Day, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible to Crossville, TN, 20 min away; OT requires approval) Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certifications: Active TN Medical License, TN DEA, Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Experience: Women's health, prenatal & well-woman exams, contraceptive management Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $66.83/hr Benefits: Competitive pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time according to applicable laws What You’ll Do Provide antepartum care across all trimesters in a high-risk OB setting with MD collaboration Conduct well-woman exams and preventive gynecological care Counsel and manage contraception options Coordinate care with OBGYNs, CNMs, and social workers Document patient interactions in Athena EMR and utilize AI Ambiance support (AI Scribe) Manage approximately 21-23 patients per shift in a dynamic clinical environment What You Need Active Tennessee Medical License and DEA Board certification in Women’s Health Nurse Practice Experience in women’s health including prenatal and well-woman care Knowledge of contraceptive management and high-risk OB care Strong collaboration and patient communication skills About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a leading healthcare facility in Cookeville, TN, providing vital women's health services.
